121 Night In-Home Trial from Bragada®

121 Day and Night In-Home Trial

If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your mattress within the guidelines of our program. We offer a 121 Day and Night In-Home Trial Period and offer three ways to return your mattress.

Trial Option 1. If you try our mattress for ninty-one days, you can call us anytime for a return authorization number up to the 122nd day. We will pick-up the mattress and issue you a credit less $349 for the mattress.

Trial Option 2. If you try our mattress for ninty-one days, you can simply donate your mattress purchased from us to a certified 503-C3 charity. There are many of these certified/registered charities such as many churches, shelters or The Salvation Army. Send us a copy of your receipt and we will issue you a credit in the same manner as your original purchase, less a $299 processing fee for the mattress.

Trial Option 3. If you try our mattress for ninty-one days, you can call us anytime for a return authorization number up to the 122nd day. Return the mattress to us at your cost in clean condition and we'll issue you a credit for the purchase amount less $249 for the mattress.

Exceptions

Keep reading, we're not trying to hide anything with asterisks. Please note, however all our mattress are covered by this program except our value-based Premier, Luxura, Montebella mattresses. Additionally pillows, toppers, frames, foundations, the adjustable bases themselves and special orders are not covered by the 121 Day and Night In-Home Trial Period.

PLEASE NOTE: Bragada® has never and will never re-sell a mattress which has been returned to us. ALL returned mattresses are appropriately recycled to keep our landfills clean.

Returning Your Mattress

If you decide to return the mattress, you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-478-9098 before packing or shipping your mattress. All merchandise must be received good and clean condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from our Customer Service Team.

Occasionally, problems may happen in shipping or otherwise, therefore all items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Bragada® will pay for the appropriate shipping charges to replace the defective product. Otherwise, if your Bragada® mattress is found to be defective it will be covered under the terms of our Bragada® warranty.

What happens after 121 days and nights?

As we are sure you will be sleeping on your Bragada® mattress for many years, we offer our Lifetime* warranty to help you with any issues that may arise. Don’t let our competitors’ fancy warranty math confuse you with their pro-rated, pay as you go, used-tire warranties.
