This layout is 100% CSS based and can be edited with Dreamweaver, Expression Web, Frontpage 2003 or the editor of your choice. It does come with a dwt file for making global changes. It is also XHTML compliant. We have included instructions in the download for making changes and the style sheet is clearly commented.
