IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Our mattresses are the best quality and we'll prove it to you. Since our factory has been building mattresses since 1958 you know we'll be here if you ever have an issue. Remember, a warranty is only as good as the company offering it. All our premium Mattresses come with the Bragada® Lifetime Warranty. Our value-based Mattresses (Premier, Luxura, and Montebella) come with our Bragada® 20 year Limited Warranty.

IS THERE A "BREAKING-IN" OR "ADJUSTMENT" PERIOD WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?
Most customers are very comfortable the very first night. Others may need a few nights to get used to the increased support they experience in the lumbar or lower-back area.
ISN'T IT BETTER TO SLEEP ON A HARD MATTRESS?
Absolutely not! A hard, non-conforming surface forces your body to adapt to its flat shap, bending your spine into a unnatural position and creating pressure points at the shoulders, hips, and feet causing you to toss and turn trying to find a more comfortable positions. The result: lower back pain and less restful sleep.
WHEN I MOVE AROUND IN BED, WILL MY PARTNER FEEL IT?
No, motion will not transfer from one side of the mattress to the other side. With this special, no motion design, each sleeper will be able to sleep without interruption throughout the night.
I HAVE A PLATFORM BED, CAN I PLACE THE MATTRESS ON IT?
Yes, a platform bed will work well with your new Bragada mattress. You will need to place a 1/4" (or more) sheet of plywood over the slats to ensure the mattress gets the proper support. Additionally, for queen and king size mattresses, the center slat or middle of the bed, must have a to the floor support (foot).
DO BRAGADA® MATTRESSES REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL CARE OR A PROTECTIVE PAD?
We recommend using a mattress pad to protect your bed from stains. As will all mattresses, you should rotate your mattress every 3 months to ensure even break-in.
CAN BRAGADA® PRODUCTS HELP REDUCE THE EFFECTS OF ALLERGIES?
Bragada® are Certi-PUR® certified! Bragada® products are 100% CFC-free and dust-mite resistant. Bragada® mattresses and pillows feature specially treated covers that will help make them resistant to bacteria, mold, mildew, mites and odor-causing germs.
