I've rarely had the pleasure of dealing with such upbeat and helpful representatives as yours. My husband and I have a Bragada Mattress and home and love it. So, when my husband was deployed overseas, he asked me to order a Bragada Mattress Topper and have it sent to him. The first 3" Topper went astray during shipping. But your people put the matter to rights promptly and efficiently by sending another Bragada Mattress Topper to him. My husband is now sleeping very comfortably in a war zone thanks to the team at Bragada Mattresses. Tempur-pedic at a fraction of the cost. - Mike & Peggy - 01/27/2010We would like tell everyone about our New Bragada Mattress Set.We just love this mattress! When our old water bed turned into an indoor pool it was time for a new mattress. We had to use the guest bed and my hip would hurt when I lie on it to long. I found myself shifting a lot at night and not sleeping well. My husband also snored so badly that it would keep me awake for hours; I even considered sleeping in another room. We desperately needed a new mattress. I wanted a new softer mattress and my husband still wanted the water bed. Here in lies the dilemma! We thought about the pillow top on a firm mattress, but that just seemed like it defeated the purpose! Then we looked at the adjustable air beds but it reminded me too much of sleeping on the floor on an air mattress when you go to visit a relative!! Not what I had in mind! Then we happened across the Tempur-pedic - hmmmm........this was very interesting. How would it hold up? How would it support our backs? We went to a store and tried one it was great, but husband wanted to do more research. The word was out that the terry covered Visco-Elastic Memory Foam mattresses would be hot to sleep on. My husband researched Memory Foam mattresses online and in stores and found several available with mattress like covers. He knew that we wanted a quality product at a reasonable price and the Bragada products looked like a good value. Our Bragada Vienna mattress provides great support and I no longer have to roll over every half hour for my pressure points on my hips and my husband seldom snores now. The first night I laid down on it, I woke up the next morning in exactly the same spot! You don't toss and turn on this mattress! I really truly did not want to get out of bed!! We purchased our set about six months ago and are very happy with this mattress. We have told all our friend and relatives about Bragada and have recommended that when they feel the need to replace their current mattress they choose memory foam from Bragada. The bed arrived just one week after being ordered -- the pillows the next day. The bed is beautiful (shame to cover it up!). My wife, Linda, had major back surgery a little over three years ago for a severely ruptured disc. She has come a long way in her recovery but was having a lot of trouble with our old bed (less than 10 years old) -- she has not been comfortable on it for a long time. We finally made a determination that we would do 'something' and after visiting several different stores, the Tempurpedic seemed to be the one she really liked the best. After the "sticker shock" I decided to do a little research before spending around $3,000 for a mattress. I looked at a number of on line sites and kept coming back to Bragada. We both looked at it and read some of the "testimonials".........but I still had reservations -- she had A LOT of reservations. So I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She helped me feel it was worth the gamble (as is buying ANYTHING sight unseen (especially a bed), and so I told Linda I felt it was going to be alright. She warned me that she was not convinced herself, but that if I felt ok about it, she would not stand in the way. We have had three nights on the bed so far. It is DIFFERENT for sure. When you are used to 'springs' just settleing in to the foam is a unique feeling. However, I find it very comfortable. I have had trouble with my elbows for a couple years now (arthritis, I guess) and have had a terrible time placing them in a position that doesn't hurt -- that is until NOW. No more pain at all. Waking up is amazing, too. You forget that you have been sleeping! I just 'wake up'. Get out of bed and no stiffness, don't feel like I have to stretch. No headache, backache or any other aches. I am totally pleased. Linda too is pleased. Not as excited yet as I am. She did have a problem with the pillow and had to use her 'old one', but she may try the new one again in a different position. As we were warned, it...  It was awesome. - Dave Dash - 09/24/2009Last night was the first night my wife and I slept on our new Bragada bed and it was awesome. We've been sleeping on a water bed for 35 years and never thought we'd change, but my wife's hip and shoulder pain put us in the market for something different. I went on the Internet, found your site and took a chance...and WOW, I'm glad I did. We both slept better than we ever had on a water bed and woke up pain-free and refreshed! I am now a disciple of the Bragada mattresses for life. We live in California yet had the mattress delivered to our door in 7 days after placing the order. I'm telling all my friends about Bragada...and I can only say that if you like a water bed...you'll LOVE the Bragada! |
