Jones - 12/02/2011The Bragada Family, This is just a quick note to say thank you for the surperb service product. This is the finest and best mattress/foundation I have ever owned! I was replacing a two (2) year old Simmons Beautyrest World Class, that failed. The Vienna model afforded me the best night's sleep I have ever had - period. Starting with your sales , customer service, and warehouse staff the entire transaction was magnificent. Thank you again for doing all of your jobs in an outstanding manner. Prior to dealing with Bragada I had a nightmare of an experience with a well known mattress company that sounds a lot like "SLEEPY'S". Without boring you with all the details, please know that you have reaffirmed my confidence in dealing with larger scale companies. Prior to recieving my "cloud", I used to wake up with lower back pain as well as pain in my shoulders. After just three nights on my new Bragada Silver Cloud, the pain is gone! I love to sleep again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful product. Youre the best! Recommend you to all my friends. - Tim and Ashley Z. - 07/16/2011My wife and I received my parents old matress when we got married. It's very uncomfortable and It is as hard as a rock. We call it "The dead limb maker". In March we had our first child and now we get even less sleep on "the dead limb maker". I work nights at a steel mill where I am on my feet 12 hours a day in steel-toe boots and I have to carry large heavy steel all night. When I get home in the morning, I am in lots of pain from my feet to my shoulders, just beat. My wife is a full time mother and we all know that is hard work. A couple of weeks ago, I came home from work and my wife was waking up, came downstairs and glared at me with this, do something or I will kill you, look on her face. she said she couldn't do it anymore, this bed was killing her. It was one thing when it was just us and we didn't have to worry about waking up in the middle of the night to feed him. I told her you know we aren't getting a mattress until we can afford a Tempur-pedic.a couple years ago we agreed that the next mattress we get will be a Tempur-pedic mattress and we had it picked out and everything. The glare intensified by a thousand. So I went on the internet to look for a deal on our next mattress. I found the Bragada web sight. After doing research on the sight for a while, we decided to go for it. Which is unlike me, I have to research everything to death. I have horrible luck with things that I order or even buy. It's uncanny how one person can have consistant bad luck with purchases. So as soon as I hit the final button to complete the transaction, and everything was out of my hands I was like, " what was I thinking, I must have lost my mind". So from then on I had been waiting for this whole thing to go sour and blow up in my face. It didn't!! We recieved our mattress and pillows exactly 2 weeks from the moment I hit that final button. I quickly got it set up and, (by the way that thing weighs a ton) went to sleep. I don't think I have ever woke up that calmly and quickly.... Recommend a Bragada mattress to anyone - Stephen Signorelli - 11/28/2010Dear Bragada: I just took delivery of your Silver Cloud king size mattress, and to say it is a little bit of heaven on earth, would be an understatement. I have the Silver Cloud for about a week now and I have not awoken any morning with a single ache or pain. My old mattress nearly destroyed me, not one single exaggeration, I tossed and turned every night, woke up every single morning with one ache or pain of some kind or another. My legs would throb, or my hip, or my back and so on and so forth. I also received a free contour foam pillow with the mattress, and I am really astonished, I did my research on the visco foam mattresses, (I found yours to be the best overall quality and deal) and was receptive to the concept, but remained skeptical, remember I haven't had a decent night sleep in years! Well I am a true believer now and I would not hesitate to recommend a Bragada mattress to anyone at all. P.S. I had to deal with your customer service department on an issue, absolutely superb service! Feels just like the day it arrived. - Taryn - 04/02/2010I purchased a queen mattress six months ago and it feels just like the day it arrived. My only problem is its so comfortable I don't want to get out of it in the morning unlike my other mattresses where your body aches. I can't recall prior to getting this mattress sleeping throughout the night now every night I'm getting a deep sleep and feel rested upon awaking. Thank you it was definitely the best purchase ever!  Thank You. - Eva Fitts - 05/09/2009This message is for SUSAN in customer support. I want to thank her for all her assistance and for her phone calls keeping me informed on the status of my mattress. She is so nice, understanding and good at dealing with worried customers! I got rid of our old mattress the day the new one was supposed to be delivered so I was panic stricken when it didn't come. I felt much calmer after talking to Susan and put a blow-up mattress on top of the beautiful Bragada box frame that did come and that is working perfecly fine in the interim. I was excited to receive Susan's message, yesterday, that my mattress has shipped. I already used the tracking number she provided to locate my shipment on line. Thank you Susan! We look forward to receiving our new mattress and appreciate the help of your very capable and efficient support staff. Your product is truly remarkable. - Weshon Hornsby - 04/02/2009I just received my new bed today. I received the call from the delivery service stating when they would be arriving to my house. Not expecting a delivery to arrive when promised I didn't take the old bed apart yet. Well they showed up on time so I had to hurry and take the old bed down to prepare for them to bring the new one in. Needless to say the reason I purchased my new bed is that I have a bad back and moving the old bed was a strain on me which caused me to ache afterward. The delivery was very professional. When they finished setting up my new bed I immediately placed the sheets and tested it out by lying down while my back was still aching. I promise you my pain went away immediately which is amazing due to the fact that I have been in constant pain for the past 5/12 years. I have had 3 major back surgeries including a spinal fusion and also take four strong prescription narcotic medications three times a day and although they help reduce the pain I still experience discomfort all day long. Well now I think I have found the remedy. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. Your product is truly remarkable and is far from a gimmick. Bragada should be more widely acknowledged and recognized. Wonderful. - Kevin and Melissa Croft - 02/05/2009Dear Bragada, My husband and I would like to let you know how wonderful we think our new bed from Bragada is! After suffering for years myself with back pain and sleepless nights, I convinced my husband that we needed a newer bed. We had also hoped to upgrade to a King size. We had previously looked at some "memory foam" mattresses in department stores but weren't all that impressed. As we were shopping for new bedroom suite in a furniture gallery recently we found some mattresses to try out. One of them was a memory foam mattress made by a large, well-known company. I had been having extremely bad back pain that very day and was walking through the store all bent over. My husband suggested I try the mattress, which I did. I found it to be very comfortable and to give it a really good try I stayed on it for about 10 minutes. We hadn't yet decided on any furniture so we were about to leave the store when I realized that the pain in my back had disappeared completely and I was able to walk normally. The mattress I had tried cost more than we had wanted to spend so we headed home and decided to do some research online. We of course found the Temper Pedic mattresses and gave them a good long look but it was so expensive we thought we wouldn't be able to afford a new bed for a couple of years or more. Through an online search engine we discovered Bragada. Neither of us had heard the name previously, probably because we had always purchased cheap mattresses that did not last. The information we obtained about these wonderful beds from your website had us sold on your beds, but when we saw that it would cost us 1/2 of what other companies charged for the same level of memory foam we were convinced. (Plus the warranty is much better!) This was the bed we had been looking for! We ordered immediately and spoke with a very polite and knowledgable customer service representative. The bed arrived in 1 week, the shipping was free, there was no sales tax and we received two free king sized pillows! Now... |
