I don't think that I have slept until 7 AM for years; since we have been sleeping on our Bragada, I must set my alarm clock when I have to get up early. I plan to gradually replace every bed in the house with a Bragada. Call it the dream machine. - Will Ward - 11/24/2011Thank You for our king size Vienna bed. I like to call it the dream machine. The ordering was very helpfull, the delivery was better than expected, and the setup was simple. It is so comfortable and I have never slept so sound. GREAT! - Jack Jenkins - 06/29/2011I would like to say G-R-E-A-T !! I recieved the vienna on 5-17! I've had 3 back surgeries in 10 years. I've tried acouple of different mattresses but couldn't ever get comfortable. After 2 nights I had no pain in the A.M after sleeping on the vienna I will let you know how it holds up. The Bragada Vienna is the finest mattress I have ever used. At present I have it on a day-bed, and my guests are really impressed when they just sit on it. I am ordering a larger one for myself, and it is the last mattress I hope to use for a long time. I love my new Vienna set. - Kelly Tober - 06/15/2011I have to admit I was a bit skepicle about buying a mattress online without ever trying it out. I love my new vienna set. I sleep better now than I ever have and I don't wake up throughout the night. I usually wake up with my hips, back and shoulder aching but I have had my new set for 2 weeks now and even the first night I slept well with not one ache in the morning. Thank you Bragada. My daughter loves it so much am ordering another set for my daughter. All arrived in excellent condition. - Richard and Reesa P - 06/11/2011We have now been sleeping on our Vienna king-size mattress for a month. My husband was very skeptical about our mattress and the pillows at first. He almost refused to even try the pillows, as we had tried contoured foam pillows before and were both disappointed. He was ready to find fault with everything about our new bed, until we spent the first night on it. We both slept soundly through the entire night! I don't believe either of us even moved! No tossing and turning or waking each other up just turning over. My arms and legs didn't "go to sleep" or cramp for the first time in years. My hips and lower back did not ache and require repositioning every half hour and my neck and shoulders were flexible and relaxed upon getting up. My husband tells almost everyone about how comfortable the mattress is and if a person visits our house he even insists that they lay on it and give it a try. We are among your newest fans and two of your best spokespeople! In addition to the quality of the bed, I also want to compliment Bragada on the quality of the customer service - sales people. Your representative answered all our questions up-front, were easy to contact via e-mail or phone, and made me feel like they were very happy to help me with my purchase. The delivery actually came faster than promised. Our mattress, the foundation, and pillows all arrived in excellent condition. Thanks to your representatives, we knew exactly what to expect upon delivery and how to set up our mattresses in the most convenient way. Thank you so much! We purchased the Vienna set and it is like sleeping on a cloud. Previously I would wake up with numerous aches and pains, and NOW they are gone! My wife too! From the first night sleeping on it we have never slept better or felt more refreshed when we awaken that we do now. The mattress is so soft but firm and we sleep so soundly. No more aches or pains in the morning. We went on a business trip and slept terrible until we got back home to our Bragada. I don't know if my husband will ever go away again. Do any hotels use your product? We have recommended it to all our friends and one couple has ordered their own through your company. We know they will love theirs too. Thank you for the wonderful product. The bed is addicting. - Linda Keller - 02/26/2011We purchased your Bragada Vienna model bed. It arrived just as you said it would. The bed came on the hour promised. I really did not know what to expect. When my husband arrived home we set the bedding up. It was also wrapped in a heavy plastic to keep it clean. The set up was very easy--the mattress is really heavy. When the bed was together we jumped on and was kinda shocked. It was very hard, but as you lay there it was also kinda soft. We could not determine which it really was. We got off the bed and both were confused. We really did not know if we would like this bed or not. I made the bed up and we went to bed. The next morning I asked my husband what he felt about the bed. His reply--"I don't know if I like it or not" My was the same, but this was the first morning in years that I did not wake up with a lower back ache or leg pain. During the next few days we began to love the bed. We went on vacation and missed the bed. The bed is addicting. Recently, I became ill and had to spend about a week in bed. I was never so grateful to have this bed. It is the most wonderful product that we have ever bought. It is firm, yet soft and cuddly at the same time. If you roll over , the part you left heals itself up and by the time you move back it is all just set for your body. It really is a miracle. The pillows are also, although they do take a little more time to adjust to. Thank you for you web site. It information, pictures and testimonials did convince me to take a chance and buy a large item that I could not see or feel. The Memory Foam Bed is one of the best purchases I have ever made. This bed has delivered on all the advertised benefits as outlined on your website and sleeping has become somewhat of a hobby (smile). The bed was delivered as promised and I think it took about 10 days from the date of order. Please pass along our thanks to your wonderful customer service staff , they were very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. The biggest problem we had was getting this quality mattress up the stairs, but its been worth the effort. For some time now we have looked at all kinds of beds because the two of us have been waking up with various aches and we are getting older. The fact was that a quality bed is not cheap. I ran across your company while searching on the net and initially our biggest concerns was buying the bed sight unseen since your in New York and we live in metro Atlanta, Georgia.. Another issue was that I almost didnt believe I could buy it at the price you advertised. But having owned the bed for a little more then a month now we can say that our concerns where unfounded. I suffer from a old back injury and tossed and turned all night trying to find a comfortable position. We have always used the traditional inner spring mattresses. My wife gave me a memory foam pillow for Christmas and I loved it, and thought that we should look into a Memory Foam mattress. We started shopping at the Bedding centers and could not believe the high prices they charged for the brand advertised on TV. I knew the Memory Foam would help with our sleep, so we continued our search on the internet. Lucky for us, I found ebed.com. We used the Bragada Wizard and found the perfect mattress. I could not believe the fair price as compared to the other manufacturers. I must admit, we were a little concerned about buying without trying it out, but after visiting your Website many times, we decided to go for it. Our Vienna King arrived as promised in about a week. It was worth the wait! The delivery driver was very nice, the packaging very secure. I cannot believe the difference. We sleep better, do not wake during the night, and do not disturb each other. My back does not ache every morning. The first night, after 4 hours, I awoke and felt so rested, I thought it was time to get up. Three to four hours sleep on this bed is like 8 on an innerspring! We actually had to adjust the volume on the alarm clock. Thanks for providing a wonderful product. We have told everyone that we know about your company and will continue to do so. Thank you for selling such a great product. - Rick Smith - 01/20/2010I purchased the Bragada Vienna mattress set for my parents who are in their mid-eighties. Their old mattress was a top of the line pillow top innerspring that I bought for them three years ago. Finally this December my mother told me she could not sleep at night since she was always rolling toward my father who is heavier. This caused her to sleep at an angle and caused misalignment in her hips and spine. As a result she had constant pain in her back and hips. I am thrilled to say that since the very first night on the Vienna my parents have had full and restful nights sleep. They have been sleeping on the mattress for over a month and I noticed today that my mother, who suffers from osteoporosis stand much straighter and has more energy. She looked ten years younger standing up straight and smiling. Compared to other brands of memory foam mattresses the Bragada was much more economical and I was surprised to see that it seems better built than your more expensive competitors. Thank you for helping me make my parents lives more comfortable. Did I mention that I ordered a Bragada Vienna for myself when I ordered my parents set? I researched sleep number beds, your more expensive competitors and all types of innerspring mattresses and the Bragada came out way above the others. My sleep experience is amazing. It did take me a night or two to get used to the unique feel of a memory foam mattress but there is no way I would ever sleep on anything but a Bragada.I sleep more soundly, dream more and wake up refreshed, even when I have to get up two hours early for a business trip. I feel like a new person, no back or neck pain from old mountain biking accidents and more energy than I thought possible with my busy work and travel schedule. I was never happy with my decision as the bed was not as I expected. I just received my Bragada Vienna and am very happy with it. I have slept on it for four nights now and I can assure you that this is one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept on. I suffer from arthritis in my back and I used to barely crawl out of bed. The last few days have been exceptional. I initially was skeptical about everything that I was reading about the Bragada bed but believe me, everything they say about this bed is true! I am going around bragging about my bed to all my friends and family. I have read that it might take some time to get used to a memory foam bed. It didn't take me any time at all. How does a person get used to comfort? I will probably be bragging about this bed for a long time! I will never sleep on another brand of mattress again. - Bob Keenan - 09/16/2009Good Day to All: My wife and I recently received our King Vienna and I'm writing to let you know that this bed is the greatest thing since the invention of SLEEP! I can't remember the last time I've slept throughout the night without waking up several times, looking at the clock and trying to get comfortable. Now, I go to sleep fast and stay asleep until morning. The pillows are a very nice touch, as well. I lie down on the bed, put my head on the pillow and I am completely comfortable. It is as though my entire body is being massaged by the bed. I have suffered for years with lower back pain from a ruptured disk. This morning, I woke up and headed for the shower, just as any other day. It wasn't until after my shower that I finally put my finger on what was different...my back didn't hurt!I've always thought that endorsements such as this were the work of ad agencies, until I found myself here writing my own and began recommending Bragada to all of my friends. Two days ago my wife called me at my office and said...."I'm thinking about the BED!!" We have never had such great sleep. - Kyle and Cinnamon Blanchard - 04/03/2009After a week of sleeping on our Vienna queen-sized bed, I can tell you that there is a definite difference in our sleep quality. We use to have one of those sleep number beds, but you could feel the dent in the center where the two air chambers were separated by foam. We thought about switching to a king size bed because we thought there was never enough room on our old mattress. Once we received our Vienna, not only did it feel like we were sleeping on a cloud, but it also felt like the bed itself was wider. The hard foam shell on the lower portion of the mattress definitely supports more upper area. You can not tell if you are in the middle of the bed, or by one of the sides. We have never had such great sleep. All the old aches, pains and pressure points are gone and sleeping has become not only pleasurable again, but addictive. My wife mentioned the other morning that the mattress ought to come with a warning that sleeping on it could become habit forming. And now...we get to go to bed! Huzzah! |
